What is OrderInOne?
OrderInOne is golf-course QR ordering software. Golfers order food and drinks from a course menu in their phone browser, while the venue manages menus and fulfils orders in the Android operator app.
Do golfers need to install an app?
No. Golfers scan a course QR code or open the course link to order in their mobile browser. They do not need an OrderInOne account. The venue team uses the Android app.
How much does OrderInOne cost?
South African software pricing is R1,000 per course per month or R11,000 per course per year. Both include the same software features. Hardware, connectivity and printed signage are quoted separately. The final subscription price and applicable taxes are shown before purchase.
How do golfers pay for their orders?
Golfers pay at the venue using the payment methods offered by that venue. The current ordering flow does not take online card payments.
How does the team manage an order?
An order arrives in New. Send to kitchen moves it to Active. Complete Order moves it to Completed after preparation. Complete removes it from the live queue after the handoff, and the order remains in History.
Can we change the menu, extras and availability?
Yes. The Android app manages categories, menu items, prices, availability and required or optional extras. Your course can also configure which golfer details are requested at checkout.
What do we need to get started?
Your venue needs a compatible Android device, a reliable internet connection, a menu and course QR codes. The current Android app supports Android 10 and later. Contact us to check your device and plan installation.
Can we use our own club branding?
Yes. Your course can set its name and logo for the golfer ordering experience. Course QR codes open the relevant menu.
Does OrderInOne replace our point-of-sale system?
OrderInOne supports ordering and order preparation. Payment remains with your venue. Speak to us about your existing setup; a point-of-sale integration is not included in the current product.
